Role:
We are looking for a Regional Director to join our growing team in WisconsinThe Regional Director leads all clinical and operational aspects for all centers in the assigned region, as described below with a high level of independence and strategic oversightGeneral Duties Oversee all clinical, strategic, and operational matters within the Wisconsin region Work alongside and oversee Center Directors to ensure clinical quality, clinical integrity, and quality assurance metrics are maintained and that the team performs to Mindcolor standards and expectations Develop and maintain support plans related to Center Director/center location job performance and metrics to ensure Mindcolor standards are met across each team member Meet with each Center Director in region at a minimum of once per week, and other team members as needed, required, or requested Collaborate with all stakeholders involved in or affected by business operations (includes but is not limited to caregivers, community and referral contacts, direct reports, Company leadership, etc.
) Collaborate with Mindcolor Clinical and Operational Leadership to support, develop, and implement company initiativesClinical Duties Provide clinical oversight, guidance, and collaboration opportunities overall in each center (planned and unplanned) Utilize and review progress on clinical metrics and outcomes to maintain clinical quality within centers Provide consultation on complex client cases to support assessment, training, development, and implementation of strategies, etc.
Provide guidance to assess, collaborate, and assign caseloads and distribute appropriately among BCBA team (reassign clients and team members as necessary) Complete ongoing clinical oversight in each center Monitoring clinical caseload for diversification of caseloads, clinical appropriateness (e.
gscope of practice/competence) Participate in the development of and updating company-wide clinical systems aimed to monitor and improve clinical quality Complete clinical reviews and audits that include but are not limited to:
session notes, programming, Treatment Plans, Initial Assessment Reports, BIPs, competency checklists, etc.
Identify clinical training needs across the teams within the region Develop clinical leadership skill set of Center DirectorsOperational Duties Monitor center data reports to be familiar and ensure operational metrics are met for each center in the region, including but not limited to clinical billable hours, staff utilization, client attendance, parent training, and other billable activities Adjust and monitor caseloads within each center Remain familiar with state/region specific payor requirements includes, but not limited to:
approved activities for each code, daily cap on units, required assessments, clinical documentation submission timelines, etc.
Monitor caseload and building capacity to evaluate ongoing needs of the center and ensure appropriate metrics are met Salary &

Masters Degree or Doctorate in Applied Behavior Analysis or related fieldActive BCBA/BCBA-D certification in good standing for 5 years or moreActive state license in good standing per state requirementsActive Adult and Child CPR First Aid/Certification (May be obtained within 30 days of initial start date)Active QBS Safety Care Certification within 90 days of hire3-5 years minimum experience managing performance of other BCBA level cliniciansMinimum of 2 years experience managing, leading, and/or overseeing business operations of multiple centers Experience managing other leadersExperience overseeing and supporting multiple site locationsExperience implementing and training in a variety of assessment tools, including both skills and adaptive assessmentsExperience utilizing dashboards and other metrics to make decisions related to region Application Instructions:

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
